Trial - Run on Zoom
On Saturday, January 29th @ 9am - we will be having a trail run on Zoom. Do you know how to register yourself or another person in for a meeting? Do you know how to use the chat feature to ask questions? Do you know how to cast your vote by using the "features" button? Did you answer NO or I'm not sure to any of these questions? Then you definitely want to join us on Sat. Jan. 29th @ 9am! We want you to join us and be heard, you have a say and we don't want you to feel excluded. So please join us for a short presentation and practice on how to accomplish all of these items. Then you are ready to join us Sunday, Jan 30th for the Annual Meeting. |

Annual Meeting
Sunday January 30th at 10:30am Directly after worship a light breakfast will be served in the Fellowship Hall. This year, OFLC will offer the option to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting either in person or via online Zoom conference. The Zoom room will open at 10am, with the meeting starting shortly after this time, and no later than 10:30am. It is recommended you log on between 10 and 10:10 am to ensure you are present and counted for the purposes of establishing a quorum. |
