GRANT REQUIREMENTS
Submit applications on or before Feb 1st, May 1st, Aug 1st and Nov 1st via email, mail, online or hand delivery.

Grant applications will be reviewed by the Foundation Board of Directors and all requests submitted by Feb 1st, May 1st, Aug 1st and Nov 1st will be determined by Feb 15th, May 15th, Aug 15, and Nov 15th, respectively.
Contact the Foundation Board of Directors if an emergency need for funding arises outside of the designated grant submission deadlines. Emergent need applications will be reviewed and approved for immediate use of funds at the discretion of the Foundation Board of Directors.
It is expected that funds that are granted be applied to what is specified within the application. Allocating of funds elsewhere should be brought to the attention of the Foundation Board of Directors.
All sections of the grant application must be completed and submitted. Use the space provided in the application and submit any additional attachments that might be needed.
Additional information may be requested by the Foundation Board of Directors during the grant review process.
