Aaron Fuller
PASTOR
2021 - 2023
Hi! I’m Aaron and I was called to be the Pastor at Our Father’s in October 2021. Here’s a little bit about me, and what I enjoy about ministry!
I grew up on a dairy farm in Central Minnesota. Before I entered Seminary in 2009, I served for 9 years on active duty in the Navy, as a Submarine Warfare officer and nuclear engineer. I graduated seminary in 2013, and served two small congregations in Portsmouth, VA for three years while also serving as a chaplain in the Navy Reserve. In 2016, I was activated and served for four years ministering to the men and women in our Navy and Marine Corps all over the world. It has been an interesting journey, but God has definitely called me back to congregational ministry, and that call led me to Our Father’s!
My wife Kelly and I live in Robbinsdale, which is close to her work with the Center for Leadership and Neighborhood Engagement, a non-profit that works with congregations on intercultural development. We enjoy hiking and hanging out with our pup, Winnie! I also am continuing in my ministry as a Navy Chaplain, and also as a volunteer assistant wrestling coach at Augsburg University (which I’ll warn you, I can talk about wrestling almost non-stop).
Peace!
