Altar Committee |
The Altar Guild prepares and maintains our sanctuary for Sunday worship and all special services. This includes changing parliaments according to the church calendar, filling oil candles, laundering linens, decorating for special seasons, maintaining the nursery, and other responsibilities. Altar Guild members fulfill their responsibilities on their own schedules, making this the ideal committee for those with busy and variable schedules. |

Confirmation Coordinator |
Confirmation Coordinator oversees the general Christan education of Our Father's Lutheran Church for students in grades 7-8-9. Be concerned for the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of the Confirmation teaching staff. Periodically update parents, creating positive communication between program and parents, especially in regards to attendance and sermon notes. |

Director of Music |
The Director of Music shall seek to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation and the community by promoting harmony and love of Christ through the church's music programs. Under the guidance of the Worship and Music Committee, the director works closely with the church staff in offering leadership, advice, planning, and assistance in the implementation of the overall music and worship life of the church. |

Higher Ground Director |
Higher Ground is a music driven worship ministry. We provide worship music during services twice a month. |

Kitchen Coordinators - Funerals & Weddings |
As kitchen coordinators, we work with the families for funeral lunches, decide what to serve, how many to serve and then order what is needed. We serve the lunch after the service. For weddings we are willing to serve the food brought in by the Bridal couple. Our fellowship hall will hold approximately 150 people. |

Office Administrator |
This administrator is a steward of the financial, personnel, administrative and physical resources of the parish. |

Office Administrator Assistant |
The administrative assistant warmly welcomes and greets people who come into or call the parish office, and assists the other church personnel with general office support. |

Organist |
The Organist shall seek to enable the musical dimension of the worship life of the congregation to contribute to the spiritual health of the members; and help to maintain harmonious and effective working relationship among others associated with the church's music program. The Organist shall seek to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation by providing organ or other keyboard music for the church. |

Pew Supply Coordinator |
Once a week, straightens up hymnals and Bibles. Check and sharpen pencils, as needed. Put paper tablets in pews as needed. |

Ringers of Light Director |
The Ringers of Light Choir Director shall seek to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation and the community by promoting harmony and love of Christ through the church's music programs. Under the guidance of the Director of Music, the director works with the Senior Choir Director in offering to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation. |

Senior Choir Director |
The Senior Choir Director shall seek to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation and the community by promoting harmony and love of Christ through the church's music programs. |

Sunday School Co-Coordinators |
Sunday School Co-Coodinators helps maintain the Education office and coordinator the Sunday School program. |

Sunshine Ringers Director |
Sunshine Ringers is a youth group ages 1st to 6th grades. Children are taught to ring bells through demonstration and repetition. Practice is Wednesday evening 5:30-5:50pm, they participate in worship service about once a month. |

Wedding Coordinator |
The wedding coordinator meets with the bridal couple several months in advance of the wedding day; will review the guidelines of OFLC; is available for questions at any time; attends the rehearsal, wedding day; assists in any way necessary to insure the wedding runs smoothly. |

Worship Warriors Choir Director |
The Worship Warriors Choir Director shall seek to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation and the community by promoting harmony and love of Christ through the church's music programs. Under the guidance of the Director of Music, the director works with the assigned choir in offering to lead and enhance the worship life of the congregation. |

Youth |
The Youth Board is made up of middle and high school students and adults and meets monthly. The Youth Board is responsible for planning events and fundraising to support youth activities for Jr High and Sr High students. We are looking for additional students and adults to help with this committee. |
