What is MOPPETS?
- MOPPETS are the children of the MOPS members
- A spiritual preschool environment where Christian love is modeled
- Fun activities which contribute to a child’s social and spiritual growth
- Physical and creative development through games, crafts, exercise and song
- Bible-base curriculum is followed
- Moms with young children who are in school during MOPS meetings are still welcome to join MOPS.
What is MOPS International?
- A Christian non-profit organization
- Provides leadership resources to equip women with the tools to bring MOPS to other moms

What does MOPS look like at Our Father’s Lutheran Church?
- We currently have over 30 moms and 45 children (70 children on No School Fridays).
- Meets 1st & 3rd Fridays each month in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in September to May
- 2nd Friday morning each month the leadership team meets
- Moms will walk hand-in-hand with their children to the education wing where the MOPPETS teachers are waiting with open arms to give a warm welcome to all of the children.
- Moms enjoy a delicious breakfast provided by some of the moms in the group and have a meeting that may include:
- Prayer requests and devotions

- Speaker or craft
- Fundraising projects
- Outreach projects
- Taking care of our MOPS moms
- Coordinating meal delivery for moms with a new baby or families in need
- Birthday baskets, holiday baskets or food drive for Rockford Food Shelf
- Diaper and Underwear/Sock Drive for Love Inc.
- Operation Christmas Child
- Prepare or deliver meals for Lunch Box Fever
